iSchool Acquires SEEDS Algoriza’s EdTech Arm to Accelerate Saudi Expansion

iSchool, the leading K-12 AI and coding education platform in the MENA region, has acquired SEEDS, the EdTech division of Egyptian/Saudi software powerhouse Algoriza, in a strategic move aimed at deepening its presence in Saudi Arabia and scaling its corporate education initiatives.

    Growth

The acquisition cements iSchool’s rapid growth trajectory in the Kingdom, giving it immediate access to SEEDS’ operational base, educational partnerships, and a growing student footprint across several regions in Saudi. More significantly, the deal enables iSchool to accelerate its expansion into one of the region’s most promising frontiers: AI and coding upskilling for employees’ children as a corporate HR benefit.

    Digital Education

This model, piloted by iSchool with multiple banks, telecom operators, and multinational energy firms, has earned widespread acclaim from employees and HR leaders alike—positioning early digital education not only as a family perk but as a strategic investment in future-ready households.

“SEEDS brings incredible local momentum, and together we’re able to unlock national impact at scale,” said Muhammad Gawish, Co-Founder and CEO of iSchool. “This also gives us the infrastructure to launch a new category: teaching AI and coding to the children of the workforce. We’ve seen firsthand the emotional and professional value it brings to parents—and the talent pipeline it builds from the ground up.”

    Artificial Intelligence

With over 131,000 graduates across 20+ countries, iSchool delivers live 1:1 and group-based classes in artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, game development, and UI/UX design. Its students, aged 6–18, are empowered to launch projects, build portfolios, and even explore entrepreneurship at a young age.

SEEDS, the education arm built by Algoriza, has been a rising star in regional EdTech, known for its Ai-first content and local teacher enablement. By integrating with iSchool, the combined team plans to expand national school partnerships, deepen bilingual curriculum development, and roll out high-impact programs across both public and private education channels in Saudi Arabia.

    Natural Evolution

“Joining iSchool is a natural evolution of our vision,” said Mohamed Aldmohy, Co-Founder and CEO of Algoriza. “We’ve always believed that AI education must start early, and this partnership allows us to drive that belief across a much larger canvas—while also creating new value for employers and educators alike.”

The Saudi market, home to one of the youngest populations in the world, is becoming a focal point for next-generation education investments. iSchool’s acquisition of SEEDS positions the company to play a central role in delivering future-ready skills to both classrooms and corporate communities, bridging the gap between education and innovation for the region’s next generation.
