MRB Holding announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Leader Homes Developments to oversee the management, operation, and leasing of The Haven, a mixed-use development featuring administrative, commercial, and medical spaces in Hadayek October.
The agreement aligns with MRB’s strategy to reinforce its position as a specialized partner in managing and operating integrated real estate projects, while expanding its mixed-use portfolio through collaborations with developers that have a clear vision and ambitious growth plans in the Egyptian real estate market.
MRB has been involved in The Haven project since the early phases of development, carrying out in-depth marketing and operation studies.
