Miqaat for Urban Development has announced the launch of its new residential project, “o9 {o/nine}”, one of the most distinctive new developments in West Cairo. In line with its commitment to providing a secure and comprehensive residential experience, Miqaat partnered with AXA Egypt, a leader in insurance and financial protection, to offer property payment protection plans that ensure maximum security for homeowners’ investments. Through this agreement, AXA covers the clients’ due installments on their behalf in the event of medical emergencies requiring hospitalization for three days or more, for a period ranging between one and three months annually, with no added cost to the client or the unit price, reinforcing Miqaat’s dedication to responsible and value-driven financial protection practices.
