Madinet Masr developers, has announced the signing of two strategic partnerships. with LA7, a leading brand in the health and fitness sector, and with Qubix Co. to establish, The Prism, Tajed’s first commercial and entertainment hub. The partnerships are aiming at delivering seamless, innovative, and integrated experiences that cater to all the diverse needs and aspirations of customers within “Tajed”, Madinet Masr’s first integrated commercial district.
Under the agreement with LA7, the brand will establish its largest branch in “Tajed”, spanning over 5,400 sqm, to deliver premium integrated health, wellness, and sports experiences. The branch will offer a wide range services focused on fitness, nutrition, and relaxation, including personalized training programs, specialized nutrition consultations, boxing and yoga classes, and fully equipped courts for pickleball, badminton, padel, and functional training. The branch will also feature FIXYOU therapy and rehabilitation services, fully equipped recovery rooms, and luxurious spa experiences. To enrich the lifestyle offering, the branch will incorporate recreational components, including an LA7 sportswear store, a cooking school, and music rooms, transforming it into a holistic destination that enhances the services of “Tajed” and provides its visitors with unprecedented luxury. The branch is scheduled for completion and official operation in the first quarter of 2027.
Additionally, an agreement was signed with Qubix Co. to design and develop “The Prism”, Tajed’s first commercial and entertainment hub, spanning 7,000 sqm. The Prism will introduce a vibrant blend of premium fast casual and casual dining concepts, alongside curated fashion retail offerings, all tailored to diverse lifestyles and preferences. The commercial and entertainment hub will be thoughtfully divided to include drive-thrus for fast casual concepts, anchor units for casual dining, and a dedicated space—the prism—for events and retail supporting local brands. The Prism will house 15 tenants across the food & beverage and fashion sectors, and its construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
