Following the success of the first and second phases and the increasing demand from clients, Cornerstone Development is preparing to launch the third phase of its project at RED- Water Villas & Floating Gardens in Future City, New Cairo. The project features luxurious units at competitive prices.
Engineer Ashraf Boulos, Chairman of Cornerstone Development, stated that the new phase of the RED- Water Villas & Floating Gardens project includes luxurious penthouse units with various sizes and innovative designs. The units are available in two models: the first consists of single-floor flat units, and the second comprises two-floor duplex units.
He emphasized that the company has incorporated smart designs that adhere to the latest construction standards, providing clients with a luxurious living experience. The project has been designed with minimal construction ratios to enhance privacy for residents and maximize green and water features, promoting a healthy, sustainable, and happy lifestyle.
He explained that the company delivers 80% finished units, a model for which Cornerstone Development is well-known. This approach ensures rapid occupancy of residential units and maximizes investment returns.
The RED- Water Villas & Floating Gardens project spans 60 acres and includes 750 units of various sizes and types. Despite the large area, Cornerstone Development has built on only 17% of the land, leaving the remaining space for green areas, roads, services, and landscaping, with a permissible building ratio of approximately 22%.

The Curve is among the first projects launched in R8 district of the New Administrative Capital. It is situated in a prime location adjacent to the Green River, near Mohammed bin Zayed Axis, the airport, the presidential palace, and government ministries. The project comprises four blocks with 15 buildings, covering a built-up area of 100,000 square meters. The units vary between residential apartments, duplexes, and upper-floor apartments with large open spaces.
